I'm so over this cold weather and ready for it to be SPRING! Although, winter is holding on real tight and not letting go. Yesterday it was 80 and sunny, today is in the low 70s and cloudy/rainy. Tomorrow's high is 45. Winter go away, I'm done with the cold!
I've decided to jump start my fitness regimen with a juice diet. I am hoping to lose a few pounds and tone up before swim suit weather gets here. Today is the start of a juice diet. Breakfast was yummy. Green Lemonade: Spinach, kale, cucumbers, apples and lemons. I added an orange too. Delicious!
Not snacking during the day is a lot harder than I thought. Especially with all the little people around here that seem to eat all day long. I needed something sweet for lunch. Red apples, carrots, and pears. It's not the greatest, mainly because I don't like red apples.
